3-person team behind the self-published Out Of Eden's magazine, the journal seeks to explore foods in their roots where the goodies speak for themselves enhanced by tales from those involved.

The Land and Sea Issue features the home and garden of a photographer in Cornwall, Katy Lawrence, spoken recipes and seasonal fermentation by Ha Mi Hyun, Hide Yasujiro's foraging teas from Mount Fuji, narrative photography by Ulf Svane, Athikhom Saengchai and Phuwadon Salugthong, food illustrations and cover by Nanthawan Jamsai, street-food entertainment from Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City and many more tastes and flavours from the heart.
